We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at customer@fealtyzk.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any damages or issues, contact us immediately at customer@fealtyzk.com. We will guide you on how to resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have, and after your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
